Reporting directly to the head coaches of men's heavyweight, men's lightweight and women's rowing. Manage daily operations of the Penn rowing programs, boathouse, and rowing facilities. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the Penn boathouse, trucks/vehicles, launches, shells, oars, etc. Manage the scheduling of housekeeping and facility repairs for the Penn boathouse and Nash Rowing Center. Organize and manage travel preparations and travel with Penn crews to away competitions. Manage and prepare boathouse and race-day needs for all home practices, competitions and events. Manage multiple work-study and/or volunteer coaches.
BA/BS plus 2-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; previous experience as a crew player or coach preferred; excellent organizational skills; excellent oral and written communications skills; strong computer skills; knowledge of social media; career interest in either coaching or athletic administration preferred. Ability to work evenings & weekends as required. Ability to travel as required. Valid driver's license.
