Cornell University invites applications for the full-time, 10-month, position of Assistant Men's Crew Coach. Assist the head coach in the planning and operation of the men’s crew program. Assist with practice and regattas; preparations as assigned; evaluate performances, make recommendations to the head coach regarding individual participation in events. Identify, encourage and evaluate application and acceptance of student athletes at Cornell in accordance with the Ivy League, NCAA and University policies as assigned by the head coach. Competent computer skills needed. Travel to regatta and recruiting events probable. Credentials should reflect proven success and potential in coaching, recruiting and in working with student-athletes.

Bachelor's degree with up to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination.
Prior coaching or competitive playing experience in NCAA Division I preferred.
Credentials should reflect proven success and potential in coaching, recruiting and in working with student-athletes.
Must be highly motivated with an outstanding work ethic and relentless recruiter.
Trailer and launch driving experience is preferred.
This position requires a clean, valid unrestricted driver's license that has been in effect for at least three years.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated high ethical standards in all aspects of professional career.
Knowledgeable of NCAA rules.
