Coaches need to:
Lead themed practices in line with the club’s philosophy, core values and curriculum.
Lead by example, have the ability to teach and share, your love and excitement for the game with the players you work with.
Enthusiasm, energy, a positive nature, prior experience coaching
Fulfill all professional coaching expectations; this includes but not limited to, completing weekly/monthly practice plans, monthly game analysis forms and bi-yearly player evaluations. Any other requests of the DOC and club staff in support of club operations.
Participate in the clubs yearly tryouts.
Be an effective communicator with players and parents.
Work cooperatively with Directors of Coaching
Must be available during weekday evenings and weekends for trainings and games during the season.
Licensing: At least a USSF D license or the NSCAA National or higher. (Some teams and age groups will require particular licensing levels)
Experience: Minimum of 2 or more years of coaching in youth soccer.
Playing experience: Professional or college playing experience
