Ball State University Intercollegiate Athletics is offering a graduate assistantship available August, 2017, to a person holding a bachelor’s degree who wishes to professionalize his/her coaching experience. The successful applicant will work with the Head Coach in all aspects of the field hockey program; assist in all practice sessions and competitive events; assists in pre-season and in-season conditioning programs; assist with day-to-day operations of the program, including player development, recruiting, clinics and contest management. The applicant must make a strong commitment to and have a responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Ball State University, the Mid-American Conference and the NCAA.

The successful applicant must be admitted to the Graduate School and is expected to apply to a master’s program. In addition, the successful applicant should have playing experience at the Division I level and knowledge regarding goal keeping.
