Job Description: Colgate University, an NCAA Division I member of the Patriot League Conference, invites applications for an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach. This is a twelve-month position with full benefits.
Essential Functions: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, on-court coaching, game preparation, film editing, scouting, talent assessment, recruiting, alumnae relations, and other duties as directed by the head coach.
Individuals will be expected to master the following technical competencies:
(Education and Experience): A Bachelor's degree is required. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, knowledge and commitment to all University, League, and NCAA regulations. A current valid driver's license, in accordance with the University's Driver Safety and Motor Vehicle Use Policy is required.
Additional Preferred Qualifications: Prior coaching or playing experience at the collegiate level is preferred.
