Assist the Head Coach of a Big Ten Football program in accordance with NCAA, and University regulations. This position will be an Assistant Defensive Coach. Responsibilities will include assisting the Head Coach in the areas of: recruiting; organizing and conducting practices; performing administrative and public relations duties, all in accordance with NCAA, Big Ten and other applicable guidelines and regulations.
Minimum of 1-3 years of collegiate coaching experience is preferred. Other qualificatins include: ability to work cooperatively with diverse groups and administrators, faculty, staff and students. The successful applicant must be able to develop and implement innovative approaches and solutions, work well independently and in teams, and be flexible in accepting new responsibilities.
