Waldorf University in Forest City, Iowa seeks candidates for the position of Head Volleyball Coach. This is a 10-month appointment. The position includes both coaching with other athletic department duties possible depending on qualifications. Coaching duties include recruitment of student athletes and the planning, organizing and evaluation of all phases of a highly competitive NAIA volleyball program. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to the mission of Waldorf University and be committed to the developments of the student-athlete physically, mentally, spiritually and morally. The candidate must also demonstrate the ability and desire to direct and motivate student-athletes to succeed academically and athletically. Bachelor’s degree required. Additional instructional opportunities may be available to candidates possessing the qualifications and meet needs of the University. At minimum will require a masters degree in content area and/or significant graduate hours in the field being taught.
