Aquatic Management of Indianapolis
Aquatic Management of Indianapolis is seeking top candidates for its Director of Operations position managing all aspects of our commercial pool management and lifeguard services operations in Indianapolis. This position will work closely with the Aquatic Management of Indianapolis General Manager as well as the team at our parent company, The Pool Management Group. The Pool Management Group is the largest privately held pool management company in the US and is at the forefront of swimming pool operations, technology, and safety and risk management.
The Director of Operations of Aquatic Management of Indianapolis will have responsibility of operations including pool operations, repairs, service, hiring and management of staff, customer service, and administration. The hired candidate will be trained in The Pool Management Group methods, standards, and operations processes and will utilize our proven processes with support from the General Manager and The Pool Management Group. Our unique business model enables each of our companies to be supported by our national resources and expertise, yet operate locally with customers. This is a hands on position and requires long hours in the spring and summer. Excellent opportunity for growth.
