Start Date: August 1st, 2017
Salary: Compensation will be an annual $8000 stipend and graduate school tuition (student fee portion of books will be the student’s responsibility)
Qualifications: This is a two year assistantship that requires a bachelor’s degree, admissions to the graduate program of the College, and collegiate playing/coaching experience.
This ten-month position (Aug - May early) requires work hours outside of the normal workweek, including evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
The Graduate Assistants will be expected to participate as an active member of the Athletic Department. They will support and assist in fulfilling the mission of Bethel College Athletics and Bethel College. The Graduate Assistant will serve as an assistant Men’s Soccer coach helping with the entire cycle from training camp, the season, recruitment, and spring training season. Responsibilities include but are not limited to working with the reserve program, coaching/developing training sessions, recruiting, game day operations, fundraising, travel, video and technology, and other duties assigned by the head coach and staff.
