SJEB Rush (Southern New Jersey) a member of the Girls US Development Academy (USSDA), the developmental environment and competition in the US designed for the premier soccer player. We are looking to hire a coach that has a strong connection with the young elite female soccer players, and is an effective teacher of the game who inspires, motivates, and can demonstrate technique at a high level. We are specifically targeting a coach that excels in the U13-U17 ages at the elite level to be a head coach of 1-2 teams within our DA program with the potential for growth within the club.
Adhere to all established Development Academy and SJEB Rush processes and protocols
Be a positive role model in player development
Preparation & planning of practice sessions and matches with individual player development as focus.
Implement U.S. Soccer & SJEB Rush DA specific player development philosophy
Design and implement periodization models
Minimum of 15-30 hours/week field/office time with staff (depends on how many teams)
Provide detailed reports on individual players (IDP) and team performance for continuous individual player growth as well as for A.D or National Team coach communications
Actively identify talent (Local Leagues, Local Tournaments, Training Centers, etc.) and develop an expert understanding of the applicable scouting profiles based on age and position
Contribute to the other programs within SJEB Rush (futsal, camps, courses, events, meetings, media, etc.) as assigned
