Under the direction of the Senior Associate Athletic Director of Development, the Athletics Development Coordinator provides clerical/administrative support and project coordination for the Athletic Development team. This position will assist with donor prospect research and identification, coordinating and disseminating communications to internal and external contacts, preparing documents and presentational materials, and maintaining various databases and complex filing systems. The incumbent will also be responsible for coordinating travel arrangement, processing expense requests, travel claims, and credit card reconciliation, and calendar management.
Additional Salary Information: This is a full-time, benefits eligible, temporary position anticipated to end on June 30, 2019, with the possibility for reappointment. This position is designated non-exempt under FLSA and is eligible for overtime compensation. Standard SDSU work hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., but may vary based on operational needs.
