Maryville University is accepting applications for a full-time faculty member in its rapidly growing Rawlings Sport Business Management Program. The successful candidate will teach sport business management courses and advise and mentor students in the program. In addition the faculty member will assist in the development, coordination and implementation of experiential learning opportunities for Rawlings Sport Business Management students and assist in School of Business recruitment programs. The faculty member will also manage and develop contacts and relationships for the program in addition to teaching courses with partner sport business organizations. The successful candidate must be committed to fostering a culturally diverse atmosphere for faculty, staff and students.

Master’s degree in sport management or a related field
At least five years of professional experience in the business of sport
Ability to teach a variety of sport business management courses
Student centered approach and passion for teaching and mentoring a diverse student population

Doctorate in Sport Management or related field
