The College of St. Scholastica, an NCAA Division III institution located in Duluth, Minnesota, invites applications for the position of Assistant Softball Coach. This is a full-time, 10-month per year position and receives full benefits. Responsibilities will include assisting the head coach in the administration of all phases of the varsity intercollegiate softball program within the framework of the rules and regulations of the National Collegiate Athletic Association; including, but not limited to coaching, recruiting, monitoring academic progress of student-athletes, setting up travel arrangements, assisting with campus visit arrangements and promoting the College’s strong Benedictine heritage and diversity and inclusion goals.
A bachelor's degree and coaching experience in college, high school, or the equivalent is required. Must possess strong cross-cultural oral and written communication skills.
