Ripon College seeks applications for an enthusiastic, team-oriented Building Manager for a newly remodeled Willmore Center - a state of the art athletic center. This is a 12 month full-time exempt positon with required weekend and evening hours.
This position will coordinate all activities and events for the Willmore Center, using a prearranged priority list that includes Ripon College athletes, athletic events, Exercise Science department, community and college events, as well as manage the community memberships. The manager will be responsible for managing student workers, maintaining security of the facility, and scheduling maintenance/repairs to equipment. This position will also assist the office of Conference Services during the summer months and other times of the year as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years progressive supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; familiarity with collegiate athletics; use of event management software; and, Jenzabar and Heartland One Card, preferred.
