A mecca for the highly motivated student-athlete, Dartmouth College, the nation's ninth oldest university and a member of the Ivy League seeks a head softball coach to lead, coach, develop and administer all aspects of the softball program within NCAA, Ivy League and institutional standards.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience. - A minimum of eight years experience coaching softball. - Advanced knowledge and understanding of technical and strategic aspects of the game of softball. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituents in a diverse community. - Ability to teach, lead, motivate and guide student-athletes. - Ability to recruit effectively with no athletic grants-in-aid and highly selective admissions standards. - Ability to foster a cooperative work environment. - Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness through actions, interactions, and communications with others.
Preferred Qualifications Master's degree Significant experience playing and/or coaching softball at the collegiate level.
