Assistant Athletic Director Ticketing Sales and Service
Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics (ICA), a Division I and Big Ten Conference Institution, is seeking an Assistant Athletic Director for Ticketing Sales and Service. Responsibilities include the development, implementation, and integration of all ICA Ticketing sales and service initiatives. The position will manage the planning, implementation, and execution - in conjunction with the Nittany Lion Club and IMG/Learfield Ticketing Solutions - of the annual and long-term ticketing sales and plans required to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals. Also responsible for leadership in planning and development of annual customer retention plans. Position will play a leadership role in establishing and fostering an organizational culture focused on customer service and satisfaction as well as revenue generation. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus four years of related experience. Knowledge of Ticketmaster/Archtics System preferred.
