Position Summary: Extramurals Facilities. The Athletic Facility Supervisor oversees and coordinates the day-to-day operational activities of Athletic Facilities, providing functional leadership and administrative supervision to a varied team of employees.
Supervises employees including making recommendations regarding hiring, termination, performance evaluations, training, work allocation, and problem resolution.
Organizes, schedules, and coordinates the daily workload to ensure achievement of departmental service objectives and standards.
Prepares all athletic facilities for practices and competitions.
Assists with game day operations and facility plans, policies, and procedures, as well as budget monitoring.
Minimum Education Required: Associate’s Degree or two years of post-secondary education

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Effective communication (verbal and written), organization and human relations skills; ability to work well in a diverse environment; proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office Applications software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; legally authorized to work in the United States; successful completion of background investigation prior to employment.
