RESPONSIBILITIES: This position reports to the Deputy Athletic Director. Coach and develop a highly competitive Division I softball team. Organize the administration of the day-to-day operations in scheduling competition, game management, team travel plans, practice organization, budget and other administrative duties.

Bachelor’s degree required. At least three years of experience as a successful head or assistant coach required. One year of management experience. Must have the administrative ability to manage daily operations. CPR certification will be required within 90 days of start date.
Master’s degree preferred. Collegiate playing experience preferred
Candidate must display the highest of ethical standards, recruit qualified student-athletes and display a commitment to their academic success. Working knowledge and understanding of NCAA rules and procedures is necessary.
