The Head Women's and Men's Tennis Coach will be responsible for leading all aspects associated with the women's and men's Division III NCAA tennis programs at Lesley University. The head coach will lead the women's and men's tennis team according to NCAA, North Atlantic Conference, USTA and Lesley University standards, rules and regulations and demonstrate awareness of, commitment, and adherence to NCAA and Conference rules to help instruct and develop student-athletes; develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy; make strategic decisions in contest situations; assist in the strength and conditioning of the athletes; and lead administrative responsibilities associated with the program operations, including fundraising efforts and community service. The head coach will also oversee the non-traditional seasons of the women's (spring) and men's (fall) teams respectively.
Previous successful collegiate coaching experience or do you have playing experience at the college, semi-professional, professional, or international level.
Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.
Must be authorized to work in the United States; if you hold a visa, your visa status must allow you to work at Lesley University.
Additional Salary Information: This is a part-time position, paid by stipend.
