William & Mary has an opening for two Facilities & Ops Event Coordinators. These are full-time, 12-month positions with benefits. Responsibilities include supervision and maintenance of facilities and events for this 23-sport, Division I program. Daily and long-range duties include: processing all invoices for Facilities and Operations Unit; overseeing contract administration for outside rentals of Athletic Facilities; acting as fiscal coordinator for outside facility rental revenue and expenses; overseeing student workers, interns, and event staff personnel, arranging for adequate personnel for game operations; and ensuring provision for visiting teams and officials. This is a non-exempt position, eligible to receive overtime in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position may be subject to overtime during high peak times, etc. as directed and approved by the supervisor.
These positions report to the Assistant Director of Facilities. Salary: $30,900 annually. Review will begin August 1, 2018. The positions will remain open until filled.
