Position Description: Designs, implements and manages an assigned program. Typical duties can include but are not limited to: Identify funding opportunities, conduct program assessments, prepare program reports, oversee and manage program marketing and communications, manage program databases, supervise program staff, plan research activities, coordinate program events, participate in strategic planning, manage program files, establish program standards and objectives, direct logistical activities to promote the success of programs, develop and implement project timelines and ensures deadlines are met, oversee program budget, ensure goals and objectives of grants are met, assists in proposal writing, comply and analyze program statistics.

Assist in the development of new ticket marketing growth programs and initiatives.
Manage, lead, inspire, motivate and maximize the efforts/results of 4 full-time account executives.
Continually develop the Ticket Sales program in the following areas: new business development and generation, service leadership, development of service-related strategies, sales and service training, development of best practices and results in tracking and reporting.
Develop, execute, and oversee season ticket holder touch point programs and initiatives including the annual season ticket retention plans for each sport.
Monitor, manage and evaluate sales staff performance on an on-going basis.
Manage & update sales records using Ticket System/Salesforce on a daily and weekly basis.
Develop strategies & insights to stream line and maximize sales force utilization.
Sell, service, upsell and cross-sell TTU Season Ticket Holder and Group Ticket Purchasers.
Embrace technology and provide strategic/innovative insights.
Establish and communicate clear sales revenue and training goals, provide follow-up with appropriate feedback and direction for development of sales staff.
Identify, explore and research new sales opportunities that will drive season ticket holder retention.
Analyze weekly call reports and closing rates while maintaining sales efficiency records.
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly service figures and relevant accountability reports.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and four years of experience developing or managing programs or projects. Additional job related experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Master's Degree. A minimum of three years working in collegiate/professional athletics.
Knowledge of computerized ticketing, CRM and donor systems.
Previous experience with tickets sales campaigns and lead generation.
Proven track record in ticket sales, both in individual sales and leading successful sales teams.
Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional, self-motivated and detail oriented, with the ability to adapt in a quick changing work environment.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
