The Compliance Assistant will assist in all areas of the Athletics Compliance Department, with a focus on day-to-day administrative tasks and monitoring activities involving the institution’s recruiting and compliance technology software.
•Monitoring Responsibilities: -Assist with the review and collection of compliance documents -Telephone call monitoring and management -Countable athletically-related activities logs -Student-Athlete certification process and paperwork -Recruiting contacts and evaluations -Review of complimentary admissions -Reconciliation of business office receipts -Official and unofficial visits -Maintain CAi records
•Other Responsibilities -Assist with preparing materials rules education meetings -Assist with initial-eligibility certification process -Maintain compliance website and social media accounts -Compliance monthly newsletter -Assist with NCAA and Duke violation reporting -Other duties as assigned
