This position develops and executes strategic media plans to generate media support for promotion of athletic sports programs. The incumbent communicates with media outlets on sports developments and events, determines feature and press release focus and content, composes pre-season outlooks and post-event sports announcements, and produces social media content.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of related experience.
