This position serves as a member of the department’s senior leadership team and is responsible to lead and organize a comprehensive facilities and event operations department. This position has managerial responsibilities for a team of facility and event managers.

Bachelor’s degree. Three years of relevant experience. Supervisory experience. Budget management experience. Facility project management experience. Possess effective communication skills, both written and oral. Possess strong organizational skills including attention to detail. Demonstrated customer service skills for internal and external customers. Demonstrated ability to train and mentor staff. Ability to work in an environment that has a high volume of events and often under stressful situations. Must be able to multitask and effectively prioritize multiple tasks, requests and situations. Must be dependable, flexible and willing to work additional hours during peak periods including weekends and holidays. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
