The University of Lynchburg is accepting applications for a Director of Women’s and Men’s Swimming. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Athletics and will be responsible for providing leadership to the swimming programs, recruitment and retention of student-athletes, supervising assistant coaches, scheduling and team travel, budget management, and equipment purchases. Candidate must have a commitment to upholding the academic and athletic integrity and mission of the University, compliance with NCAA, conference, and college regulations. Other job related duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics. This is a full-time 12 month position. Salary is commensurate with credentials and experience.
