Under the direction of the Head Women’s Golf Coach, the Assistant Women’s Golf Coach is responsible for assisting with the administration of activities for the women’s golf program. The incumbent will serve as the liaison to the Athletics Department. Will assist in organizing and administering appropriate pre-season, season, and post-season programs necessary for a quality women’s golf program.
Experience playing Division I collegiate golf.
Preferred Qualifications and Specialized Skills
Three or more years of experience coaching Division I collegiate golf.
Previous experience and connections with local golf courses.
Knowledge of and experience with NCAA, conference, and university rules and regulations.
Experience with ACS.
Experience making travel arrangements with strong attention to details.
Additional Salary Information: This is a part-time (.75 time-base), benefits eligible, temporary position anticipated to end on or before June 30, 2019, with the possibility of reappointment. Incumbent works 10 months per year and is paid over 12 months. Anticipated months off will be December 2018 and June 2019.
