Manage the daily operations of the Athletic Ticket office, to include: Hire, train and supervise student ticket employees and suite level attendants. Reconcile ticket sales. Prepare reports. Prepare billings. Maintain computerized and manual filing systems. Reconcile revenue and expense reports for all athletic events.
Administer payroll for approximately 50 student and regular employees to include: Verify eligibility to work, pepare and process employment-related paperwork, ensure the accuracy of timesheets for student through the Banner system and maintain student employee files.
Monitor the departmental budgets to include: prepare budget-related paperwork and prepare reports.
Collaborate with the Foundation Office to include: maintaining Mule Train member records, perk information, and solicitations.
Manage the annual Athletic Auction to include planning, organization and marketing of the event.
Three (3) years managing an office or facility, or related experience required.
One (1) year of bookkeeping, accounting, and/or payroll experience required; two (2) years preferred.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Tickets sales experience preferred.
