Germantown Friends School is accepting applications for various Soccer coaching positions. GFS is looking for skilled leaders, mentors and communicators with proven coaching experience to help continue to build on a strong tradition. High-level playing experience is preferred (college or beyond). Candidates should be knowledgeable about the most current tactical and technical training methods that apply to soccer. It is preferred that applicants illustrate a strong commitment to professional / career development. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to maintain a competitive team, while adhering to the values of the school, and the Friends Schools League.
This is a part-time position from August-November, each weekday afternoon and some Saturdays. Middle School practice is 2:45-4:00 p.m. Upper School practice is 3:45 – 6:00 p.m., plus games.
