Manage the operation of the Athletic Department’s $5 million travel program, including interpreting NCAA, IRS and Institutional policies and regulations, incorporating same into Athletic Department policy/procedure and communicating those procedures to front line coaches and administrators through formal training and ongoing conversations.
Minimum Requirements • Three years of experience administering or coordinating parts or subsets of a project or program.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or field directly related to the position will substitute for two years of the required experience.
Preference in hiring may be given in a special area specific to the position opening.
Preferred Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree. • Experience with individual or group travel administration. • Experience working extensively in a complex software program (i.e. Concur Solutions platform). • Experience in a college or university setting. • Experience in a college or university athletic department.
