Dakota Wesleyan University, a private, four-year, Christian liberal arts University in the Great Plains Athletic Conference (NAIA) is seeking a Head Men’s/Women’s Track and Field and Cross Country Coach. This is a twelve-month, fully benefited position that includes all aspects of leading and managing a nationally competitive program within the guidelines of the NAIA, GPAC and DWU as well additional duties within the university as assigned. Successful candidates should display great integrity, embody a coaching philosophy grounded in player development, recruitment and retention, while displaying sound character, high ethical standards, and a deep appreciation for the mission of the DWU.
Qualifications: Masters degree in the sport sciences; successful collegiate coaching, recruiting, and teaching experience; excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
