Western Illinois University is accepting applications for a creative media and production graduate assistant. The position works under the direction of the Assistant Athletic Director for Athletic Communications and will assist in producing, shooting and editing video content (features, interviews, highlight packages, commercials, etc.) for the athletics’ website, social media and video boards.
Other duties as assigned.

Strong knowledge of and demonstrated interest in video production and graphic design
Proficiency in video editing and design software required including Final Cut, Adobe Design Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects) or comparable software required
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are required
Strategic, innovative and creative thinker as well as a self-starter
Knowledge of video cameras and supporting video equipment
Experience in intercollegiate athletics is preferred
Additional Salary Information: Graduate assistants will receive a monthly stipend, in addition to a waiver of tuition.
