Wells College seeks applicants for the full-time 10 month position of head coach for Men’s Volleyball. Coach will oversee all aspects of the Men’s Volleyball program, including team sport skills and techniques, preparation of daily practices and season plan, ordering supplies and uniforms, scheduling, and compiling of team and roster statistics and information. A primary function of the position will be the recruitment and retention of qualified student-athletes. Regular 10 month schedule: Aug 1 – May 31. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree. Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literate. Highly motivated, organized, strong supervisory skills and experience with intercollegiate athletics.
