Hiram College is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach. Hiram College is a private liberal arts institution located in northeast Ohio. The College is a member of the North Coast Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III.
The Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach, is a full time, 10 month staff position which reports to the Head Men’s Soccer Coach and Director of Athletics. The assistant coach is responsible for; assisting with on field coaching, assisting with the organization and implementation of a successful recruiting and retention plan for the program, supervising volunteer assistant coaches, and student coaches, representing the program in accordance with department/college policies and procedures, and acting in accord with NCAC, NCAA and institutional rules and regulations. Additional duties will include administrative responsibility and teaching in our Exercise/Sport Science program and event management. A Master’s Degree is preferred while a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
