The UNOH women’s soccer program was formed in 2013 and has been ranked as a top 5 NAIA program over the past four years, competing in the National Final Four each of those years, advancing to the Final twice, and crowned National Champions in 2016.
This position is housed in the Athletic Department and will report to the Head Women’s Soccer Coach. It is the responsibility of the Assistant Coach to assist the Head Coach in all facets of the program while adhering to all University, WHAC Conference, and NAIA rules and regulations. He/she will also work collaboratively with relevant constituent groups. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assisting in recruiting, planning and conducting training sessions, scouting and film breakdown, game day operations, and general administrative duties.
Work schedule will be non-traditional in nature. Some evenings and weekend work will be required. Travel is required for team competition and recruiting.

Bachelor’s Degree & collegiate coaching experience. Licenses are a plus.
