The University of Pittsburgh is seeking an Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing. This position has lead responsibility for marketing including game presentation, special events and promotions, digital marketing, advertising, and advertising implementation for football and men’s and women’s basketball. This position also assists with athletic development (Panther Club) and special events. The Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing is also responsible for developing and managing a plan for cultivation and relationship management with the Pitt Young Alumni target group. The incumbent is responsible for developing and managing the marketing budget as it relates to the areas of responsibility listed above. This position is also expected to assist in the development of new ticket sales initiatives in order to increase ticket sales.
A bachelor's degree and a minimum of five (5) years combined experience marketing/promotions/advertising/sales is required.
