Texas Tech Athletics is seeking qualified applicants to serve in the Ticket Office as the Senior Account Executive for Ticket Sales. Responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the department.
Generate revenue through the sale of new season tickets, mini plans, group tickets, and single game tickets to all Texas Tech Athletics ticketed sports
Develop new business through outbound calls, emails, online chats, in-person appointments, and community event appearances to past buyers and prospects
Renew and service existing season ticket holders
Achieve defined revenue goals for each sport, as set forth by the Athletic Department
Meet and exceed daily call requirements, as set forth by the Athletic department
Work in a professional and positive manner with various internal departments including event operations, ticket operations, marketing, and Red Raider Club
Provide a high level of customer service and generate repeat business and referrals
Maintain accurate records of all activities and sales in ticketing database (Paciolan) and CRM system (Salesforce)
Create and implement unique sales strategies and programs
Comply with all NCAA, Big 12 and Texas Tech University rules, regulations, and policies
Assist at home games and other special events as needed
Develop and maintain professional relationships with key accounts
Supervise day to day activities of student ticket sales representatives
Assist with training and communication to the ticket sales staff

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus one year experience working in a college or professional athletics ticketing or development role.
Two (2) years of experience or more working in college/professional athletics in a ticket sales role
Be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional, self-motivation and detail-oriented, with the ability to adapt in a quick-changing work environment
Experience with Paciolan (Pac7), Salesforce CRM, and Website Alive
