Lebanon Valley College, a NCAA Division III member of the MAC Commonwealth Conference, is accepting applications for the position of head softball coach. Reporting to the director of athletics, the head coach is responsible for the direction and organization of the softball program, the recruitment and retention of academically and athletically qualified student athletes, supervision of coaching staff, game management, practice planning, player skill/leadership development, fiscal responsibility of the program and alumni cultivation.
Encouraging academic and athletic excellence and adherence to all rules and regulations set forth by Lebanon Valley College, the NCAA and the Middle Atlantic Conference is required; as well as a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three year’s collegiate coaching experience with a preference for head coaching experience. The successful candidate will also be responsible for secondary responsibilities assigned by the director of athletics.
