Under the direction of the Head Coach, you will help run the inter-collegiate Men's Soccer program at Harvard. You will help instruct and develop student athletes; assist in making strategic decisions in contest situations; oversee the strength and conditioning of athletes; assist in developing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy; and handle administrative responsibilities associated with the program operations, including recruiting logistics and planning, team travel details, and equipment ordering. You will also assist in fundraising efforts and running special events.

Bachelor's degree required. At least 4 years' experience playing or coaching soccer at the college level. Outstanding technical, tactical and strategic knowledge of soccer. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communications skills, including the ability to work with and relate well to a diverse group of athletes, administrators, and University constituents. Must be able to establish yourself as a respected coach to students, University administration and faculty, alumni, and media representatives. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and a database. Basic video filming, editing and analytical ability.
