•Collaborate across business units by designing, developing and executing marketing campaigns through Customer Intelligence tool to drive cross-channel communications
•Monitor results of campaigns to provide insights to all involved business units to drive campaign improvement and optimization
•Assist with data preparation, list development, analysis, and reporting
•Assist Business Intelligence team on other analytics initiatives
Collaborate with other business units to design, develop, and test customer journey campaigns and ad-hoc reporting requests
Analyze campaign data to evaluate overall performance of communications and subsequent revenue impact
Advise on best practices for segmentation, frequency, and timing on all outbound communications
Use insights and analysis on customer behavior to provide recommendations to business units on ways to improve campaigns and enhance the customer journey
Support the organization to make data-driven business decisions across multi channels (online & offline) within marketing to optimize and guide each channel to higher performance
Collaborate with other team members to maintain, develop, execute, and analyze marketing actions to optimize recommendations to channel owners and executive team members on a periodic basis – all with the purpose of using data informed decision making to improve the performance of each campaign and model
Utilize experimental design within campaign strategies
Support data preparation, list development, and reporting requests
Perform data quality tasks as needed
Work with cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of analytics projects & initiatives
BA or BS in statistics, marketing, computer science, or related quantitative field
At least 1 year of programming skills (i.e. SAS, SQL, R, Python)
Strong attention to detail, process documentation, and quality
Ability to communicate clearly with team members with both technical and non-technical backgrounds
Strong organizational and time management skills to balance priorities from multiple business units
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Drive to answer questions and increase efficiencies using data
Master’s degree in statistics, marketing, computer science, or related quantitative field
Experience with SAS Customer Intelligence
Experience with SAS Visual Analytics or Tableau
Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in place of education requirement stated above.
