Position Title: Assistant Vice President of Ticketing Status: Exempt, Full-time Department: Ticketing Supervisor’s Title: Vice President of Ticketing Work Schedule: Normal schedule is 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday- Friday; Will also include various evening and weekend hours, based on needs and events of department
At the 12th Man Foundation, our mission is to “fund scholarships, programs, and facilities in support of championship athletics” at Texas A&M University. Generating revenue through ticket sales is core to our mission, and we invite you to join us in our pursuit of championship athletics as Assistant Vice President of Ticketing.
ROLE OF THE POSITION: With the goal of providing an efficient sales process, good fiscal practices and providing exceptional customer service, the Assistant Vice President of Ticketing will manage and administer ticket operations for the 12th Man Foundation while fostering a close working relationship with the Texas A&M Athletics Department.

Oversight and management of ticket sales and operations for intercollegiate athletic events held at university venues or off-site.
Responsible for appropriate use of ticketing software system and for implementing sound accounting procedures for ticket reconciliation, deposits and box office operations.
Responsible for ticket operations at all events requiring close coordination with Game Management staff.
Work in close conjunction with the Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing to implement marketing plans for all sports.
Provide administrative expertise in hiring, training and development of full-time and part-time employees.
This position will report to the Vice President of Ticketing.
Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience
5+ years’ experience in Ticket Office Administration at Division I institution or major professional sports organization
Proficiency with ticketing systems and Microsoft Office
Ticket marketing and sales experience preferred
Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team oriented attitude, professional demeanor and appearance
Good organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Competency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to coordinate and schedule staff
Ability to work hours outside of standard schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays
Excellent customer service and public relations skills
