Under the general direction from the Assistant Athletic Director (Compliance), this position will provide leadership for all athletic financial aid to each individual student athlete. Incumbent will exercise considerable independent judgment to provide aid within NCAA, Conference, and University rules and guidelines. The Athletics program is perhaps the most highly visible program in the University and is under constant scrutiny by faculty, students, alumni, boosters, the media and the local community. Athletic Financial Aid and Compliance with NCAA rules and guidelines represent significant exposures for the department and University if responsibilities are not executed properly and in a timely manner.

Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years experience in NCAA Division I compliance or athletic financial aid OR Master's degree and at least one academic year of full or part-time work experience in NCAA compliance or athletic financial aid at NCAA Division I institute or conference office. Law degree is acceptable in place of Master's Degree.
