Provide Leadership in the academic, personal, and athletic development of student-athletes at Dixie State University by directing and coordinating all activities of the Women's Soccer program, in the planning, organizing, and coaching of the NCAA Division II team.
Hire, supervise, and direct all part-time and volunteer assistants in proper function and assignments. Ensure compliance by all Women's Soccer staff of all University, Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, and NCAA procedures and regulations.
Monitor academic progress and general welfare/wellness of student-athletes.

The athletic programs at Dixie State are members of the NCAA Division II and participate in the Pacific West Conference for all sports except Football (RMAC) and Women's Swimming (PCSC). Beginning July 1, 2018, all sports will be full members of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC).
