The University of Rochester invites applications for a full-time Head Football Coach. This position requires a baccalaureate degree and experience in coaching football. A master’s degree is preferred, as is experience as a head coach or coordinator at the college level. This position is responsible for developing an NCAA Division III football program that supports the educational mission of a leading national, private research university. Key duties include, but are not limited to, ensuring the fulfillment of on-field coaching needs, recruiting qualified students within a selective admissions process, supervising assistant coaches, budget management, fundraising, and supporting the overall goals of the department. The head coach must be able to effectively work within the framework of the University of Rochester, the Liberty League, and the NCAA. This position reports to, and will have additional responsibilities assigned by, the Executive Director of Athletics.
