DePauw University is accepting applications for Head Women’s Soccer Coach. This is a full-time (exempt) benefits eligible 10-month appointment. DePauw University is an NCAA Division III Institution competing in the North Coast Athletic Conference and in 2015, the women’s soccer program made it to the second round of the NCAA tournament.
This position leads a women’s soccer program that seeks to be nationally competitive, while supporting our student-athletes in an academically rigorous environment. Successful candidates will recruit, retain and mentor student-athletes that elevate our academic and athletics profile; create a competitive environment to support student-athlete success on the field; support an integrated campus environment for our student-athletes; promote diversity and inclusion of student-athletes and staff; and, work with high integrity and utmost respect for the rules and bylaws that govern us in the NCAA, NCAC and on campus.
Collegiate participation and/or coaching experience preferred. Candidate must have demonstrated exceptional organizational and time-management skills, along with the ability to adapt and respond to change. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive on behalf of the University. Current certification in first aid, CPR and AED is required and must be maintained throughout their appointment with DePauw University.
