Job Summary - Primary responsibility involves account management and business development activities high end strategic retail customer base. Responsible to earn new and repeat business in the appeal industry (both programs and projects) for all print production of packaging, trim, and accessories. Daily duties will include proactive management of the sales process. Accountable to support aggressive sales growth, manage customer inquiries and facilitate requests from new and existing clients, while driving the customer relationship. Responsible for all customer facing material; RFP management, pricing, proposals QBR’s, annual reviews and overall strategic vision of account base.
Tasks and Responsibilities -
Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
Work collaboratively with customers to ensure that you stay on the same path towards mutually successful results that satisfy and solve their needs.
Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms. Quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications.
Identify and overcome objections. Ask for the order.
Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements. Communicate on the customer’s behalf with global offices.
Due to the international nature of this position some late evening phone conversations will be required. pprove global location samples internally, present samples to client
Identify prospective customers by using internet based business directories, following leads from existing clients, using social media, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained, and submit orders for processing. Monitor progress of order to make sure customer is satisfied.
Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
Stay abreast of new packaging techniques, materials, processes and developments Provide recommendations for innovative, on-brand, cost-effective packaging concepts and solutions
Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies, marketing information, handling objections and asking for the order.
Responsible to deliver 100% against sales committmet
