Develop and direct the implementation of effective marketing and engagement strategies to increase renewals, season tickets, and donations, of all ticketed sports through multiple inbound & outbound sales channels. Work with other departments within athletics, the university community, sponsors as well as our digital outreach to help expand our donor/ticketing base by increasing the level of sales and engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field required plus Three (3) years’ sales team or outbound sales experience required in a constituent relations area of a major Division IA institution. Work history will show experience with Salesforce or other comparable CRM software and Microsoft Office. Excellent customer relations and communication skills and demonstrated ability to prospect and cultivate relationships. Ideal candidate will have three (3) years’ experience in a constituent relations area of a Power Five Conference (Big Ten, Big 12, ACC, SEC, or PAC) institution. Specific experience with and working knowledge of Salesforce, Paciolan, ADvantage software and Adobe creative suite are preferred.
