Candidate will assist with the day to day operations and coordinate academic support for Student-Athletes. Monitor academic progress and be responsible for design and implementation of academic support plans for freshmen student-athletes on assigned teams. Coordinate and deliver student development workshops, assist with transfer articulation; provide monitoring of daytime, evening and weekend study hours. Maintain and report weekly study hour attendances; provide consistent communications with coaches; monitor and confirm advising appointment scheduling; assist student-athletes with course selection while collaborating with Faculty Advisors
Master's degree; experience working with student-athletes providing academic support; ability to work independently and effectively interact with individuals from variuos social, cultural, economic and educational backgrounds. Strong computer skills and proficiency in MircoSoft Office. Excellent written and verbal skills.
