Assists the Sr. Assoc. Director of Athletics/Facilities as well as the Associate and Assistant Directors of Athletic Facilities with all facets of management which include: technical setup/breakdown of all Athletic Facilities events, hire staff for all events and supervise students working Athletic Facilities events, oversee a staff of lifeguards, monitor chemical balance of Olympic size swimming pool, general office duties, open and close the Hofstra Pool and Indoor Practice Facility, and other duties as assigned by the Director/Associate Director of Athletic Facilities. Candidates must be able to organize and handle all aspects of administration and adhere to the rules and regulations of Hofstra University, the Colonial Athletic Association, and the NCAA.
