Coe College, a member of the Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (IIAC) is accepting applications for the position of Head Coach for Men’s and Women’s Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field. This position is a ten-month salaried appointment beginning immediately, and is eligible for organizational benefits.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to planning, organizing and supervising a strong competitive Men’s and Women’s Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field program, recruitment of student-athletes, coaching, scouting within the spirit, policies, and rules of Coe College, the Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, and the NCAA Division III as well as other administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
Qualifications: •A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s Degree preferred. •3 to 5 years of previous coaching experience is required •Successful completion of background check in accordance with Coe College policy.
