Spring Hill College Department of Athletics – Compliance Coordinator
Summary: Responsible to the Associate Athletic Director for Internal Affairs and Compliance for assisting with all aspects of NCAA eligibility, compliance, and assessment; performs other administrative duties as assigned.
Responsibilities: Assists the Associate Athletic Director for Internal Affairs and Compliance with all areas of NCAA Division II compliance operations. The position has direct oversight of assigned compliance functions and supervisory responsibility for graduate assistants and student workers. The Compliance Coordinator is also responsible for athletic facility and event scheduling and assignment of game managers and staff while serving as a lead game manager.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s or Juris Doctorate preferred. Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience required, with direct NCAA compliance experience highly desirable. Familiarity with Compliance Assistant and JumpForward (or similar) software will be considered a plus. Must possess a valid driver’s license with approval from College’s insurance provider.
